Returns

A request for an exchange or return, must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and all tags still attached.This includes both the garment swing tag and the ‘do not remove’ return tag. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. The item/s must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

For online orders, we accept items back in new, original, unworn condition – with all original tags attached for a full refund or credit note. We operate on a strict 14 day returns policy. You have 14 days from your date of receipt to lodge and return your item. Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note, all sale items are final sale.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To lodge a return, please email dreams@idreamforyou.co with your original order number and reason for return.

Once your return has been approved, please send your item/s back to us immediately to process. Late returns will not be accepted. It is the customers responsibility to cover all return shipping costs.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?

Upon approving your return, we will send through the return address, along with an RA#. Returns without a pre-approved RA# will not be accepted.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

For incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please email dreams@idreamforyou.co immediately so we can arrange a replacement or repair of your garment as soon as possible.
